Just a comment (and a pat on the back) -

Sound is often a weak feature in animation programs, often requiring the exporting of a movie for the addition of sound in a separate sound editor such as Audacity.

In Artoonix, the ease with which sounds can be imported, edited and synchronised from inside the program is really excellent. Considering that the program is designed for use by children, I'd say you got this absolutely right.

One feature you might want to consider adding in the future is a mini-library of sound effects, voice samples and/or music riffs. These are easily found on the internet, but having access within the program to sounds such as animals, machines, vehicles, weather, sound effects etc. would be something that could really appeal to younger users.

Yep, that sounds good ;)! We'll definitely add a small library (perhaps also with animation objects) in the future.
