help directorys like \"Step-by-step\", \"Animation Projects\",.. I can read the pages within, but there are no directorys.

This is full list of the help files for the specific language we supply (in the directory, for example,
\"C:\\Program Files\\Artoonix\\Help\\English\" - for English):

00.welcome.htm
01.license.htm
02.sysreq.htm
03.techsupp.htm
04.registering.htm
20.step-by-step.htm
31.projects.htm
32.project.htm
33.frameedit.htm

Each file is the complete help topic. So if you have all of them - you're ok.

I have all of them.
If I click on this topics
20.step-by-step.htm
31.projects.htm
32.project.htm
33.frameedit.htm
in help menu, I get the message that this file couldn't be open. But the sub-tree opens and I can read the subtopics.

Can you give me some your configuration information?
- OS version
- screen shot with the message that the file couldn't be open
- exact path to the Artoonix root directory
- do you have specific access rights for this directories and files?

I think it's better to send it all by e-mail (andrei@9spikes.com)
