I have restructured this post so a few links will be familiar if you have been here before. Others are new.

At the moment I'm not using Artoonix for animation, but have used it for several uploads which feature music. The info notes explain everything as well as whatever text appears in the movies themselves.

There are notes about one of the uploads in a separate post in this part of the forum. This particular upload demonstrates just how good are the sound functions in Artoonix when it comes to accurately synchronising sound and movement.

The uploaded movies thus far are as follows

The first movie features the shop and explains its history.
In this movie I used a sequence of photos that I took when I visited the shop in 2009.

All but one of the remaining uploads feature demos of guitars copied from the shop's website. These are tagged with the guitar's name and model so that anyone wanting to find out about particular instruments can still benefit from Paul Del Nevo's examples.

Although all uploads feature the same basic approach (and a limited number of still photos) I have tried to vary the design of each project.

Another video is simply based on photos of my baritone ukelele, plus some notes about the history of the instrument ...

Not part of the official tribute sequence is the first film I made which featured one of the three guitars that I bought from Baroque and Roll and in which I tried to promote the shop. THis link will also be elsewhere in the forum but I repeat it here because it can be seen as part of the set.

If other movies are made in this sequence, I will post URL's here.

There's a new trio of uploads. These are less complex than previous projects as I'm now concentrating on mostly using just the imported video and the audio and then reuniting them with Artoonix with far less additional text being added. This time, I used a slightly different way of doing things which proved to be faster - probably because I'm taking a more simple approach.

My aims are just as before -
(1) To upload a tribute to the shop and to highlight the tragic effects of the credit crunch;
(2) To name uploads in such a way that anyone who is searching for a demonstration or example of a particular make or model of guitar stands a good chance of landing on the movie. (That, after all, was Paul Del Nevo's intention anyway).
(3) To identify Artoonix as my tool and to show that it is far more than just a simple animation program. To this end, in either the info notes or the movies themselves, I always credit Artoonix as the means by which I'm editing the imports and then adding any additional information.

However, unless forum members want me to add further links to any future uploads, I'll make these the last as from now on all future projects will be very similar to this latest batch.

Lag Tramontane GLAT333JCE
Dean Tradition Exotic birds eye maple
Ariana folk body acoustic starter guitar AF15
